  • 200 g Dried vine fruit (sultanas, raisins)
  • 2 tbsp Candied mixed peel
  • 2 tbsp cashew nut
  • 1 tbsp brandy
  • 1. Add all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend until combined.
  • 2. Separate the mixture into small portions and roll each into a ball. Coat the ball by rolling it in the cocoa powder. Store in the fridge until you are ready to eat them
