Ingredients

  • 225 g of white sugar
  • 225 g of butter
  • 225 g of sultanas (I soaked these in hot tea for 30mins prior to use)
  • 285 g of plain
  • 55 g self raising flour
  • 6 eggs
  • 100 g of icing sugar
  • 50 mls of fresh lemon juice
