Today I’m going to share with you my healthy homemade slow cooker tomato sauce recipe. There are lots of reasons why I love my recipe for slow cooker tomato sauce and why I think you’ll love it too – it’s cheap, it’s versatile, it takes two minutes to prepare and most importantly, it tastes delicious
I have seen many Banana Bread recipes over time and many of them seem fairly healthy, but I wanted to go one step further and make it entirely gluten free, dairy free and safe for our stomachs

This recipe was actually inspired by aspiring body builder Adam, aka Shreddy Brek, who doesn't miss out on classic dishes such as 'chip shop style' fish & chips, by making his own at home
This chilli will last for days and makes for a nice for a nice lunch time meal too. This spicy and healthy Turkey chilli is an easy one-pan dish that makes for a real tasty meal
Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix well until everything is combined. The mixture will be a little watery, so it’s important to mix well before each scoop to make sure you get an even combination of milk and oats
So if you fancy a takeaway type feel but don’t want to pay for it or get all the junk that often goes in it then make these following recipes in advance and in bulk, freeze them, and then simply defrost when the desire for british-indian goodness over takes you

Not only is this healthy veggie meal trivial to make, it only requires the one dish to cook. This vegetarian bake is super quick and easy to prepare so there’s no excuse not to give it a try
