Sprinkle the cheese ontop and place back in the oven for a few mins until the cheese has melted. Mix together Worcester sauce, mmustard powder, vinegar, garlic, sweetener, passata and smoked paprika to make the sauce

It's really easy to put totogether and this recipe makes 4 portions, perfect for extra lunches. 250g pasta. 500g extra lean beef mince. 1 onions, finely chopped. 500g passata/ sieved tomatoes. Preheat oven to 180 degrees/ gas mark 4. Add the mozzarella ball, Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp mustard powder, 500g pasata/ sieved tomatoes, 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar, garlic, sweetener, Salt & pepper, and smoked paprika. Put the mix into a large casserole dish and then top with slices of mozzarella, to be sure youtop with enough for your HE, weigh out 40g of light mozzarella each time and separate into 4 sections, so you know 1 section = 1 HE. L x 250g pasta. 500g extra lean beef mince. 1 onions. 500g passata. 500g pasata
