This recipe can suit meat eaters and vegetarian, but not vegan as I use eggs. There are lots of vegan recipesfor frittata on the web – just search until one looks appetising to you
For a vegan, I would consider adding a lentil dhal to complete the meal. I would personally choose a fillet of Sea bass or Salmon (I buy frozen fillets as they defrost quickly yet are always an easy option) although any fish or even chicken, pork or beef would do
However for those who prefer chicken, I’d suggest chicken fillets, or for vegans and vegetarians, this would go really well with a bean burger, either in or out of a bun
The cold weather is perfect for winter warmers dishes, and slow-cooked dinners are always a winner. I was very pleased, as the recipe was easy to make by coating the lamb in Middle Eastern spices, then adding dried fruit, herbs and stock, and letting it cook for a couple of hours
The recipe is super easy, and requires very few ingredients, making this dish perfect for a busy family weeknight dinner, but still fancy enough to share with friends over a semi-formal gathering
As you might have noticed from my rabbiting over the past few weeks, it can sometimes be a bit tricky to come up with a vegetarian Christmas dinner idea that’s (first and foremost) delicious, and that’s special enough for The Big Day
My kids are addictive to noodles what ever type it may be either instant or plain,When there was a ban for instant noodles they longed for it but i made this plain noodles with veggies often to fulfil their carve
