You can also make theminto lollipop cakes, which is where the original idea came from. It is the idea I am pushing here, that allergyfree food does not have to be dull and boring
We had had roast chicken and all the trimmings on Tuesday, some of the remaining chicken became korma on Wednesday night, and so rather than waste the carcass and the pickings I made it into chicken and rice casserole for Thursday evening
So in the spirit of bread making (in @fussy_eaters opinion, one of life's simplest pleasures), here's a nutty gluten free loaf for those of us unable to eat the wheat
I was recently inspired by my friend Kate at Wit Wit Woo to try out a recipe for chocolate cake (which is extremely good for you on the Slimming World diet, by the way)
Regular full fat cheesecake is made with cream cheese and cream, so this is probably about as close as you’re goingto get, unless some genius invents fat free cream some time soon
Since then though I’ve messed around with a few different ways of making syn free mash, and I can honestly say that how I make it now tastes just as goodto me, as the high syn version ever did
I actually find it much smoother than regular lemon curd, and it’s much less rich, so it’s easier to eat as a central part of a pudding – perfect when you’re trying to be good
So, the entire Slimming World community seemed togointo a meltdown last week after someone posted a picture of the Asda Wholemeal Bread Mix and revealed that this could be used as your HexB option on Slimming World to make pizza (as can the Aldi one and Tesco – see update below)
I saw someone post this recipe but then, as usual lost the post so I scoured the web, looked at a few and wangled one up myself, which is my favouritist thing to do in the kitchen, make a recipe my own and then share with you lovelies
This recipe is as easy as chopping some veg and putting it in a dish, however if you have a slow cooker you can put all the ingredients in before you goto work, and by the time you come home you will be greeted by the smell of this delicious casserole waiting for you
Fallen off thewagon and need some motivation, or want to help others on their journey. Monosodium Glutamate or MSG is a flavour enhancer commonly added to most Chinese food fromthe takeaway
So much better than the Chinese Takeaway, and a lot less syns too on Slimming World Extra Easy. We use Tilda Basmati Rice, but that’s not to say that you can’t use any rice you like
We got chatting to someone at our Slimming World group this week and this was one of their requests. If you sprinkle parmesan over thetop – remember to syn it
