Coconut flour is a whole syn less for the sameamount. If you areunfamiliar with cooking with coconut flour you should know that it’s very fibrous andabsorbent so your liquid soaks up very quickly
One of the things I really try to do with my pudding or cake recipes is to make them as close as possible to the real thing, my syn free cheesecake for example is anactualcheesecake, and in asimilarway this is anactualcake
When I uploaded this recipe to Instagram, the lovely @slimforyourlife commented that she thought it wasacheatmealat first glance, and honestly it felt like it
The Coconut Choc Shot is available in Sainsbury’sand just happens to be on offer at the moment. I refuse to relent andsyn one as they’re pretty high in syns

Technically you could count aslice of this asassyn free, if you want to work out how much extra the cooked apple could add to your HexB, but frankly I can’t do the mathsand I think one syn is pretty awesome
