My favourite soup to get when I am out and about is the Chunky Vegetable Soup from Itsa Bagel, and I always thought it would be quite easy to recreate but I never really got around to it
You may remember that I have in fact already got a sweet chilli sauce recipe on here, but you might recall that my biggest problem was that it was just a thin, watery version and whilst it was delicious, it was only good for cooking with, and wouldn’t be suitable as a dipping sauce
The photo actually makes it look far darker than it was, but essentially this was during the (ahem) development stage of the chilli sauce, and I took my eye off it for literally two minutes, during which time it went from sauce to jam
