Tiramisu and a little bit of Love

This recipe is adapted from Rachel Allen's "Entertaining At Home" cookbook, which I turn to quite a bit for dinner party ideas

Amaretto tiramisu

1. Pour the coffee and amaretto or brandy in a bowl. Add half the biscuits and allow to soak for a couple of minutes

Summer rhubarb tiramisu

1. Dissolve half the sugar in the water and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add the rhubarb to the pan, and cook gently for 3-4 minutes, until tender but still holding its shape
