  Aylesbury Duck with Orange Sauce

Place the duck on a rack in a roasting tin and prick all over with a fork to pierce the skin only. Place these inside the duck

  Inside were two male Aylesbury ducks, white fluffy with yellow legs. I see duck occasionally in the local supermarkets around here and sometimes I am tempted, but they are invariably just fatty with little real flavour
